Due to the nature of these products being custom-made and fulfilled, there are no returns or exchanges on these products.
All items sold on our website are custom-made. Because each product is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. After ordering, allow up to 10 business days for manufacturing. This does not include shipping time.
Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason other than an error on our part.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout. This includes sizes, colors, spelling, designs, and quantities. We are not responsible for errors approved at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it at our discretion. We are not responsible for package damage due to delivery carriers such as UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc., and will work with you to file and resolve a claim.

Pickup availability and timing are not guaranteed. Distribution timelines vary based on each location’s internal schedule and discretion. We are not responsible for delays related to office pickup selection. Choosing pickup does not change production timelines or fulfillment processing.
If you need guaranteed delivery timing, shipping directly to your address is recommended.
